If you are from anywhere else, you will need to use a manual proxy. Set your manual proxy to 203.97.144.26 port 80

Log into stardoll, then go to http://www.stardoll.com/en/contest/finish.php?id=1570
Once the page has loaded you can remove the manual proxy. The top should be in a starplaza bag in your suite.
